Negative News Information. Misinformation. Fear. Hope. (No hope, no fear.)
Motivation. Paralyzation. Loss of self? Fear turning us into monsters.
Negative news without action is demoralizing. What's the end goal here?

Judging others gives way to judging ourselves
This looks like random thoughts because we already know the answer. Many of us are outsourcing our thoughts. We are allowing ourselves to be influenced by algorithms. We are allowing ourselves to be molded by those who do not have our best interests at heart. Do we need molding? Sure. But by who? Who are we becoming? Why are we being shaped into these people? What's being consumed and is it consuming us? This constant barrage of information changes people. It changes our communities. It changes our countries. It changes our world. Most of us know what hell it can be inside of our own heads. Protect your thoughts. Protect your peace. Invite tranquility and positivity.
May all be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. May all embrace happiness and the causes of happiness. May all abide in peace, free from self-grasping. May all attain the union of wisdom and compassion. OM AH HUM SO HA.
